HR Specialist – Fayoum Branch
Location: Fayoum, Egypt
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Salary: EGP 6,000 – 8,000 / month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate selection.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Maintain and update employee files (both digital and hard copies).
- Support employees with day-to-day HR and administrative inquiries.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR database updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement HR policies.
Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law is a plus.Education:A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
