Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in fertilizers or crop inputs.Strong knowledge of the local agricultural market, crop cycles, and farmer needs.Proven experience in designing and implementing marketing plans.Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.Ability to travel frequently to agricultural areas and attend events.
