Job Summary:

The Dermatology Devices Sales Representative plays a vital role in achieving sales and revenue targets by promoting and selling dermatology-related products and solutions. This role involves identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, delivering technical support, and ensuring a seamless sales cycle from product promotion to after-sales service and collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate sales opportunities within the assigned territory to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, surgeons, and clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales action plans aligned with company goals and submit them for management approval.
  • Promote and sell dermatology medical devices to targeted customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Provide in-service support, technical demonstrations, and hands-on training to clients on the use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during and after equipment installation, start-up, and operation.
  • Participate in relevant medical conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and report regularly to the sales supervisor.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, installation, and payment collection.
  • Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
