  • Responsible for fulfilling all recruitment requests.
  • Create and posting job advertisements on various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and different Recruitment Platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct in-person interviews for selected candidates based on competency and required skills for each position.
  • Build and report Hiring Tracker. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and sourcing metrics.
  • Participating in job fairs.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and coordinating with the IT department to facilitate the required technological tools for new employees.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and reporting all required data.
  • Conduct market salary surveys for specific roles to compare industry standards and ensure the company offers competitive salaries.
  • Prepare monthly report of Turnover analysis.

BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant fieldMust have at least 3 years of experience.Proven experience in blue collars hiring is a mustKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media & other sourcing methods.Strong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communication skills
