- Responsible for fulfilling all recruitment requests.
- Create and posting job advertisements on various portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and different Recruitment Platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine qualification criteria for future employees.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct in-person interviews for selected candidates based on competency and required skills for each position.
- Build and report Hiring Tracker. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Prepare recruitment reports, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and sourcing metrics.
- Participating in job fairs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and coordinating with the IT department to facilitate the required technological tools for new employees.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and reporting all required data.
- Conduct market salary surveys for specific roles to compare industry standards and ensure the company offers competitive salaries.
- Prepare monthly report of Turnover analysis.
BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant fieldMust have at least 3 years of experience.Proven experience in blue collars hiring is a mustKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media & other sourcing methods.Strong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communication skills
