- Lead and manage tech recruitment for engineering, product, and IT roles
- Handle personnel administration, contracts, and employee records
- Oversee social insurance and ensure labor law compliance
- Contribute to HR initiatives that improve culture and performance
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rate
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitmentSolid knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles effectively.Working knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, and general HR compliance practices.Excellent knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systemsAptitude in problem-solvingVery good command of English languageAdditional HR training will be a plus
