- Supervise the accounting team, assign tasks, and ensure effective performance.
- Review and approve all daily financial transactions, including cash operations, checks, and bank transfers.
- Manage relationships with banks and oversee credit facility arrangements.
- Prepare checks, ensuring correct signatures and full compliance with banking procedures.
- Monitor the collection of checks and receivables from clients.
- Record shipping and logistics costs and ensure accurate posting in the accounting system.
- Administer payroll processing and oversee timely monthly bank transfers.
- Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and financial contracts.
- Generate monthly and annual financial reports, including budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure full Compliance with tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
- Archive financial documents in compliance with internal policies and external standards.
- Deliver accurate financial analysis and insights to support senior management decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in accounting, preferably within Manufacturing or constructions sectors.Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial standards.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
