1- System Maintenance and Monitoring:
· Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other infrastructure components.
· Monitor system performance, security, and availability; respond to alerts and proactively resolve issues.
· Apply patches, updates, and hotfixes to operating systems, software, and applications.
2- Server and Network Management:
· Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers, including Windows, Linux, and/or macOS servers.
· Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networks (LAN, WAN, VPN)
3- Security and Backup:
· Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to safeguard the network, data, and systems.
· Monitor firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools.
4- Troubleshooting and Support:
· Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software issues in a timely manner.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with servers, workstations, networking hardware, and other IT-related equipment.
· Respond to and resolve helpdesk issues and escalate it when necessary.
