Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager - Automotive located in Giza. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising warehouse operations, managing inventory, overseeing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of internal and external warehouses to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations meeting organizational demands and maintaining high service levels.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and timely dispatch of goods to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure prompt delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to storekeepers and warehouse staff to foster a productive and motivated team environment, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational standards.
  • Develop subordinates to ensure maximum utilization of skills and achievement of objectives to enhance team capabilities and performance through continuous training and development.
  • Maintain effective and efficient SOPs & KPIs for all related processes, monitor and review staff productivity, develop skills of team members to increase individual productivity:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reliability, reducing discrepancies and improving stock management.
  • Oversee parts inventory and cycle count process to minimize inventory adjustments and improve inventory location accuracy:
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all stock items and Streamline inventory management processes through optimized stock levels and reduce waste
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven decisions through comprehensive reporting on warehouse activities.
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs and improve overall service levels.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment, reducing risks and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office.Proven work experience as a Warehouse ManagerExpertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
