- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance operational performance, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Manage and oversee daily production operations, meeting targets for quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction, while minimizing disruptions and optimizing resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining a safe, productive working environment.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, driving process optimization, equipment maintenance, and team development to improve performance and output.
- Control departmental budgets and staffing, including hiring, training, and ensuring effective resource planning aligned with business needs and capital projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.5 – 7 Years of experience, at least 3 years in the same position.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).Previous Experience using ERP is mandatory.Microsoft 365 Preferred.Excellent Command of the Arabic & English languages.
