Technician Scheduling & Deployment
Plan and manage daily/weekly schedules for service technicians.
Assign maintenance and repair tasks based on skillsets, locations, and workload.
Monitor on-site service visits to ensure timeliness and quality of execution.
Customer Handling & Coordination
Act as the primary contact for customers regarding service appointments, delays, or follow-ups.
Handle escalated service issues professionally and promptly.
Service Quality & Execution
Supervise on-site repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
Conduct spot checks to ensure adherence to service protocols and safety standards.
Support technicians with troubleshooting complex issues as needed.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of service activities, job cards, and customer feedback.
Generate daily/weekly service reports and highlight key issues or delays.
Track service KPIs including response time, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in service engineering, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.Hands-on knowledge of electric vehicle or golf cart servicing is highly preferred.Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and basic service management software or tools.
