- Input and adjust employees' data into the system.
- Open files for new hires, and update current employees’ files with any variables.
- Implement systems and policies for new employees.
- Contact with social insurance, government health insurance, and labor office authorities to handle related procedures.
- Prepare social insurance forms (1, 2, and 6) to be delivered on time.
- Renew employees’ contracts annually.
- Update current employees’ database annually.
- Maintain an efficient and well-organized administration of the personnel archive.
- Participate in the hiring & onboarding process.
Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant field.3 : 5 years of experience.Familiar with the Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.Excellent experience of dealing with governmental authorities.V. Good English speaker.Excellent Microsoft Office user.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
