IT Specialist / Technical Support

  • maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and implementing IT policies and procedures. 
  • Provide technical support for branch operations, including installation and configuration of application systems, maintenance of devices and equipment, and oversight of network operations.
  •  Coordinate with Human Resources and Systems Department for employee onboarding, system access, and antivirus deployment. 
  • Ensure the functionality and security of branch networks, resolve faults, and collaborate with the HQ for uninterrupted workflow. 
  • Assist in equipping new branches with necessary devices, equipment, and network infrastructure according to the branch opening plan.

University degree in information systems or information technology.At least 2-4 years of experience in the same position.Excellent problem-solving skills.Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills
