Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and assist members, guests, and prospective clients in a welcoming, professional manner.
- Handle check-ins, membership verifications, and guest passes.
- Manage phone inquiries, emails, and social media messages promptly and courteously.
- Process payments for memberships, merchandise, and services.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk, lobby, and communal areas.
- Monitor and enforce gym policies and safety procedures.
Sales Duties:
- Conduct gym tours for prospective members, highlighting facilities, services, and promotions.
- Explain membership options, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Upsell personal training packages, group classes, and other value-added services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in outreach and marketing initiatives to attract new members
Skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk operations (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
