Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Mena Group, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and prospects. 
Your role will involve managing inquiries, providing property information, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to handover. This position requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and a good understanding of real estate processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to property features, availability, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
  • Handle the clients’ modifications’ requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, engineering, etc.) to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project details, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Handle complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support client’s post-sale, including documentation, payment schedules, and handover updates.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.3 - 6 years of customer service experience, real estate background in mandatory.Strong communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
