Quality Manager – Home & Electrical Appliances

About the Role:
As a Quality Manager you will oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes of our home and electrical appliances. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing product quality, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes for all product lines.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Lead internal and external audits; coordinate corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure product reliability and consistency.
  • Oversee product testing, certifications, and quality documentation.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Train and lead a team of quality inspectors and engineers.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in a quality role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.Proven experience in the home appliances or electrical products industry.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, and other relevant standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.Proficient in quality tools and software (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D reports).
