Overview:
To manage, draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to construction projects, ensuring full compliance with FIDIC guidelines, local laws, and international standards. Acts as a key advisor on contractual rights, obligations, and risk management.
- Prepare, review, and manage various types of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
- Interpret and implement FIDIC contract provisions across project phases.
- Provide support in tender processes and contract negotiations.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and FIDIC standards.
- Monitor contract execution and performance, identifying any potential risks or breaches.
- Manage contract amendments, claims, and variations in coordination with relevant teams.
- Advise stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and dispute resolution strategies.
- Maintain accurate contract records, trackers, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with project teams, procurement, legal, and finance departments.
- Conduct legal and contract-related research as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.FIDIC Certified – with proven and Comprehensive knowledge in international construction contracts.7–8 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) with a strong legal background.Proven experience in legal work related to contracts and translation.Background in the Construction industry.Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and contract management software.Exceptional analytical and research skills with the ability to accurately interpret laws.Work Environment: We offer a professional work environment with opportunities for growth and continuous development.
