Talent Management Section Head

  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
  • Develop frameworks and programs that align with organizational strategy and future workforce needs.
  • Oversee performance management processes and tools to ensure fair and growth-oriented evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to identify and close talent gaps.
  • Drive initiatives to support high-potential employee development and internal mobility.
  • Analyze talent data to inform decision-making and program improvements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and development.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field8+ years of experience in HR or talent development, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.Deep knowledge of talent management strategies, tools, and best practices.Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.A strategic mindset with a passion for developing people and organizational capability.Experience with performance management proceduresProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ) for managing HR processes and data effectively.Skilled in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, process design and documentation with Microsoft Visio, and proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital hiring platforms to manage full-cycle recruitment.Certified in HR Management through Tomas and DIDi programs, with a strong preference and focus on HRM .
