To lead and manage engineering projects related to water supply networks, wastewater systems, and treatment plants. Ensure efficient execution in accordance with project timelines, budgets, and technical standards while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans from initiation to final delivery.
- Manage technical teams and oversee all phases of design, execution, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve technical and administrative issues impacting project progress.
- Prepare regular progress reports and present them to senior management.
- Manage contracts, claims, and evaluate contractor and supplier performance.
- Ensure adherence to occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Control project budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects, specifically water and wastewater networks and treatment plants.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera and MS Project.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities with engineering teams and external stakeholders.
