Data Analyst and Sales Admin

1. Social Media Management:

  • Monitor messages and comments on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others, and respond to clients promptly and professionally.
  • Reply to inquiries about services and forward interested leads to the sales team.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM if the lead already exists in the system.

2. Online Reputation & Network Management:

  • Monitor online reviews and relevant Facebook groups.
  • Organize and share relevant content through communication channels like WhatsApp and Telegram groups.
  • Support positive word-of-mouth strategies through active engagement on community platforms.
  • Expand the company's online presence by creating additional social media accounts for support and engagement.
  • Manage the company’s groups and distribute potential leads from them to the sales team.

3. Lead Distribution:

  • Collect and organize leads from all sources (website, marketing campaigns, social media) and document them regularly in one location with the department manager for easier reporting.
  • Distribute leads fairly among the sales team based on their qualifications, commitment, and target achievements.
  • Monitor lead quality and provide regular reports on conversion rates and statuses. Share reports with the marketing team in coordination with the manager.

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Prepare periodic reports on lead performance and quality, including the best-performing sources and conversion rates.
  • Share detailed insights with the marketing team to improve campaign strategies.
  • Analyze the sales team’s performance daily and weekly, and provide individual reports.
  • Track sales targets and support performance improvement through data analysis and recommendations.

5. Digital Campaign Management:

  • Support the optimization of advertising strategies based on lead data, sales team feedback, and performance insights.

6. Coordination with Other Teams:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure follow-up quality and identify improvement areas.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead targeting and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to address and resolve any negative feedback or reviews.

1-3 years of experience in sales administration, social media management, or CRM systems.Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.Experience with CRM tools is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to work in a team and under pressure.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is an advantage.Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
