Sales Engineer Lubricants

As a Lubricants Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our range of lubricant products to both existing and potential customers. You will leverage your technical expertise and sales skills to provide tailored solutions, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our lubricants.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants, oils, or automotive industry.Strong technical knowledge of lubricants and their applications.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
