Job Summary:
The Head Salesman is responsible for overseeing the entire sales operations within the organization, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
And analysing the ups and downs of market and its solutions also follows up the prices market
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
   - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
   - Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
   - Set clear sales targets and objectives for the sales team and monitor progress regularly.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
   - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance and meet sales targets.
   - Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the sales team.
   - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
3. Business Development:
   - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
   - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
4. Sales Operations:
   - Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
   - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales efforts.
   - Manage and optimize the use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other technologies.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
   - Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service and builds strong relationships with clients.
   - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
   - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
   - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
   - Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
   - Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
7. Budget Management:
   - Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
   - Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guideline
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Skills:
  - Strong leadership and team management skills.
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
