  • Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, e-mail, live chat);
  • Providing support to clients;
  • Registration of information in the database;
  • Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Manage consumer queries and complaints in real-time by offering practical solutions, ensuring complete problem resolution.
  • Create a concise report on client interaction to facilitate a swift decision-making process.

  • Prior work exposure in the field of customer support and service.
  • Adept in using customer relationship management software to offer the best client services.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
