- Measuring the Accuracy of the route and listed customers
- Performing single visits a day after the rep’s visit to assure the quality of the previous day’s visits
- Auditing the compliance of deals with doctors and assuring its application
Audit the performance of Sales Reps in terms of:
- Performing Double Visits to audit visit’s quality
- Performing single visits a day after the rep’s visit to ensure the quality of the previous day’s visits
- Measuring the availability of our products in listed customers
- Measuring the Accuracy of the route and listed customers
- Acquiring feedback from customers
- Assuring the compliance of Contract terms (Visibility, See-throughs, Special displays like stands or gondolas.. etc.)
Submitting Periodic reports that assist the top management in reading the market and helping them in the decision-making process:
- Reading our stocks Vs. Competition (Numeric Distribution)
- Reading the Drop size of our products vs. competition (Weighted Distribution)
- Measuring off-take of our products Vs. Competition
- Submitting Pricing reports of us Vs. competition and any special promotions/discounts
Audit the performance of the Marketing Department on the ground:
- Audit the Marketing team visits with the Promotion and Sales Teams according to a preset plan
- Measuring the efficiency of any new launch
- Audit the presence of Marketing tools in the market and their execution
