- Lead, develop and manage the Employee Relations team to deliver high-quality ER services.
- Design and implement employee relations strategies aligned with organizational goals and HR policies.
- Serve as the key point of contact for complex employee relations issues, investigations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, social insurance regulations, and company policies across all ER activities.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless and legally compliant employee transitions.
- Analyze ER data and trends to proactively address systemic issues and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance and HR teams to mitigate risk and manage workplace disputes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records and filing systems in accordance with legal and internal standards.
- Conduct training and coaching for managers and employees on employee relations, company policies and best practices.
- Act as a culture ambassador and promote an inclusive and respectful workplace environment.
Bachelor’s degree in law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.5+ years of experience in Employee Relations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of Egypt labor laws, employment practices and government regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.High proficiency in English (written and spoken).Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex cases and maintain confidentiality and discretion.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.Overall Experience with All HR Functions “Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits & Employee Engagement” is highly preferred.HR Certification or Diploma is a plus (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
