1. Draw routes on the mapping software and divide them according to customer classification, region, and distance.
2. Extract a report from the mapping software showing each sales representative and the customers they will visit each day. Review this data with the supervisor for confirmation.
3. Divide each sales representative's customers into routes for each day during the month, review it with the sales supervisor, and then upload this data to each sales representative's mobile devices.
4. Prepare a monthly modification report and send it to sales unit supervisors and managers to add any necessary changes.
5. Send a report to sales supervisors to review the route for each representative and ensure all required modifications have been implemented in advance. Then, approve the report before the end of the month.
6. Review data updates on mobile devices at the beginning of each month, as well as any transfers that have been made. Then, follow up with the accounting department to link the representative's code to the supervisor, modify customer classifications, and link the representative to the route for each geographic region.
7. Upload new customer coordinates to the mapping software after verifying the supervisor and linking them to the route and appropriate representative.
