- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field- 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing or related industry- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
