Event Management (B2C & B2B):
• Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor negotiation, logistics, and on-site management.
• Take detailed briefs from stakeholders, translate them into actionable event plans, and ensure alignment with expectations.
• Manage post-event analysis and reporting, evaluating ROI and identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage event budgets, and ensure all expenses are within the approved budget.
• Manage all aspects of online and offline events.
Media Production (Billboards & TV Ads):
• Oversee the production of high-quality billboard and TV advertising campaigns.
• Align with Marketing Manager and develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of assets
• Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling and effective advertising concepts.
• Manage all aspects of production.
• Ensure all media production adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• Align with the Marketing manager the placement of billboards.
• Align with the Marketing manager the airtime of TV ads.•
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Major Marketing) or relevantGood in writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.Professional in using Facebook , Instagram Twitter , LinkedIn , Snapchat , Tiktok.Passion for working at social networking and social analytics tools.Knowledge of online marketing and an excellent understanding of major marketing channels.Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.Excellent in English writing & speaking.BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or Public Relations.
