Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, performance-oriented, and has hands-on experience buying media on channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and more. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-converting ad creatives.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-backed decisions to improve results.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
- Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Generate performance reports and share insights with the team regularly.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a media buyer or digital advertising specialist (2+ years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Experience with programmatic or native ad platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of landing page design and CRO.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns.
