- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps among employees. Analyze performance data, feedback, and job requirements to determine and develop targeted training solutions.
- Design and develop training programs, curriculum, and materials using instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
- Generate training reports and analytics to track training effectiveness, participant performance, and training impact on business outcomes. Provide regular updates and recommendations to management regarding training initiatives and progress.
- Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect and analyze feedback, conduct assessments, and track training outcomes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangement, participant registration, and resource allocation.
