Entrepreneurship Programs Coordinator

1. Program Coordination
Assist in the planning & execution of entrepreneurship programs, including workshops, events, and mentorship initiatives. 
Coordinate logistics for programs, such as venue selection, participant registration, and material preparation.
Track program timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
2. Content Support
Assist in creating program materials, presentations, guides, and tool-kits.
Help develop content for program promotion, including social media posts and email campaigns.
Maintain an organized library of program resources and materials.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
Support the onboarding of program participants, mentors, and partners.
Act as a point of contact for program-related inquiries.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with ecosystem stakeholders.
4. Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of program activities, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
Prepare reports and updates on program progress for internal review.
Assist in budget tracking and expense management for programs.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in program coordination, event management, or a related role.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, or innovation ecosystems is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Team player and Ability to work independently. 
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
