TASKS
1. Dealing with governmental Departments.
2. Coordinator of permits and licenses for the different departments and outlets
3. Control and follow-up of current contracts to avoid governmental fines
4. Select and set up cleaning Pest Control contracts for properties
5. Identify training requirements for department staff and to submit a training plan to the human resources department
6. Responsible for company housing and transportation management and organization.
7. Dealing with the different authorities in the governmental departments, electricity, water , telecommunication, etc., for contracting and paying bills on regular basis
8. Conducting investigations to act in accordance with disciplinary procedures and to consult with the Human Resources Manager prior to taking the disciplinary action.
9. Responsible for communications system of company (telephone, fax lines and mobile lines), and of supervising and administering the telephone department personnel.
10. Staff Cafeteria administration, ensuring high level of service.
11. Ensuring that high standards of personal and food hygiene are maintained within his areas of Responsibility.
12. Formulating, negotiating and renewing all legal contracts of the Company premises.
13. Recommending new companies to provide the staff uniform and responsible for maintaining and delivering it to the staff as per set policy.
14. Providing employees facilities, equipment and managing company’s offices stewarding staff.
15. Managing Fleet fuel system with coordination with the fuel company.
Bachelor’s Degree.10 Years of experience in a similar field including at least 5 years in similar position. Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
