We are seeking a Project Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support across various phases of glass-related projects—ensuring quality, precision, and client satisfaction throughout.
Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with glass product specifications and industry standards.
Provide on-site and remote technical support during project implementation and installation.
Coordinate between design, production, quality, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Resolve technical challenges that arise during production or project execution.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and provide regular updates to the project management team.
Assist clients with technical inquiries and provide solutions tailored to their project needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a technical/project support role, preferably in the glass, construction, or manufacturing industry.Good knowledge of different glass types and applications (tempered, laminated, insulated, etc.).Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
