- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual internal audit plan based on a risk-based approach, tailored to the operational nature of the industrial sector.
- Oversee and conduct audits across all functions including production, supply chain, procurement, warehousing, maintenance, safety, HR, and finance.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems, especially in high-risk areas such as production quality, inventory management, and equipment usage.
- Provide independent and objective assessments and recommendations to enhance internal processes and mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Report audit findings and recommendations to the Audit Committee and senior management in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industrial laws, environmental regulations, and internal policies.
- Build and lead a high-performing internal audit team, including mentoring and professional development.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, ACCA, or CISA are strongly preferred.Minimum of 10 years of internal/external audit experience, preferably within industrial or manufacturing companies, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, industrial risks, and supply chain processes.Strong knowledge of International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
