We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media strategy, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will manage our brand’s presence across social platforms, develop engaging content, and boost our online visibility and engagement. Strong graphic design skills and experience in photoshoots and video production are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute a compelling social media strategy across our Instagram and Facebook pages.
• Organize monthly social media posts calendar for Meta Platforms.
• Organize monthly social media story calendar for Meta Platforms. This should include in-store visuals along with other creative ideas.
• Launch, monitor, and grow new social media pages on platforms the company is not yet visible on.
• Create and publish high-quality visuals and written content. This includes designs for, newsletters, bundle artwork, POS, etc.
• Design eye-catching posts, reels, and stories using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Conduct regular photoshoots and short videos in-store to showcase products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Grow social media visibility through a significant increase in the number of followers, likes, views, and comments.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the media buyer, marketing team, and store managers to align on campaigns and content needs.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.• Strong portfolio of social media work with a proven track record of growing accounts and boosting engagement.• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).• Experience with content production, including photography and video editing.• Excellent understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.• Fluent in English — both written and spoken.
