Applications Support Specialist

The Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and answering users' questions. This role involves troubleshooting problems with software and contributing to systems documentation.

 


Bachelor’s degree in computer science or from an equivalent higher institution.Proven experience in an application support role.Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other development environments, databases, and web technologies.Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel and Word. Experience:A minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, including developing applications using any of the following: SQL, T-SQL, C#, VB.NET, MVC, Java, or Python.A high sense of responsibility and ownership, demonstrating an ownership mentality in your work.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer support tickets.Ability to multitask efficiently under time pressure.Capable of working with cutting-edge technology.Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.Fluent in both Arabic and English.
