About the Job:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the brand’s growth by creating and executing targeted marketing strategies. This position focuses on product labeling, launching new products, managing joint value creation (JVC) initiatives, and overseeing customer marketing programs and industry events. You will also collaborate with regional teams to showcase success stories and activate deliverables from strategic sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and finalize product labels, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless product launch and impactful communication to customers.
• Develop and manage JVC initiatives with key customers to create mutual business value.
• Design and execute tailored marketing programs to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
• Create promotional campaigns, customer use cases, and success stories to highlight product benefits and value propositions.
• Plan and manage Fine Solutions’ participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Coordinate event logistics, booth design, and marketing materials to maximize brand visibility.
• Ensure post-event reporting and ROI analysis for continuous improvement.
• Activate deliverables tied to strategic sponsorship agreements, ensuring maximum brand exposure.
• Collaborate with partners to co-create impactful campaigns, co-branded materials, and joint promotions.
• Act as the voice of the local market by collaborating with the regional marketing team.
• Develop and share case studies, customer testimonials, and success stories.
Key Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• 2-4 years of experience in marketing.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.• High attention to detail in creating product labels and marketing materials.
