About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our fast-growing team. The right person will be instrumental in building and managing our HR function from the ground up, with a clear path to lead organizational growth and culture.
This is a hybrid role: you can work online for part of the week, but you’ll also need to be physically present at our headquarters in beautiful El Gouna, Red Sea at least 50% of the time.
Your first mission will be critical – leading recruitment for our executive leadership team including a new CEO, Marketing Manager, and Finance Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Recruitment (Initial Priority)
Lead end-to-end recruitment for CEO, Marketing Manager, and Finance Executive
Create and post high-converting job ads for leadership positions
Coordinate interviews and hiring process with founder
Negotiate offers and oversee onboarding for executives
HR Operations & Administration
Set up and maintain structured HR systems and digital records
Manage employment contracts, vacation tracking, attendance, time-off requests
Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies
Performance & Culture Development
Implement employee evaluation systems and KPIs
Collaborate with team leads to manage performance reviews
Organize internal training, workshops, or development opportunities
Shape a values-driven, accountable team culture
Policy & Documentation
Write and maintain:
Job descriptions for every team member
Employee agreements and freelancer contracts
Code of conduct, onboarding guides, exit protocols
Develop the internal HR handbook and process library
Talent Management & Hiring
Lead hiring for new team members across all departments
Organize job ads, filtering, interviews, offers, onboarding
Manage internal referral programs and talent pipelines
Handle offboarding, resignations, and terminations respectfully

What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in HR management or senior HRBP roles
Proven success recruiting executive-level talent
Strong background in organizational structuring and compliance
Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)
Comfortable with remote tools (Google Workspace, HRIS platforms, etc.)
Willingness to be based part-time in El Gouna (company will assist with accommodation support if needed)
