Job Opportunity: Customer Support Moderator (Full-Time)

Location: Faisal (On-Site)
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Off on Fridays & Official Holidays)
Salary: To be discussed during the interview

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.

Resolve customer issues and track shipments to ensure smooth delivery.

Register and process orders on the company’s system (training will be provided).

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree holder (required).
✔ Previous experience in customer service or sales (online/offline) is a plus.
✔ Fast learner with a willingness to develop new skills.
✔ Good command of English (written & spoken).
✔ Preferably living near Faisal (for easier commute).
