Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio. - Proactively engage with client leads through sales phone calls, online outreach, and attending meetings to introduce our services and build relationships. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services. - Pitch creative ideas and solutions to clients, showcasing the value of our work and the team’s expertise. - Collaborate with the internal team to develop tailored proposals and strategies for prospective clients. Account Management- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Maintain a deep understanding of client goals, brand guidelines, and expectations to guide the creative team effectively. - Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. - Handle feedback and revisions professionally, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of the creative work. Creative Sales & Judgment - Evaluate creative work with an **innate sense of good judgment**, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and is ready for presentation. - Collaborate with the creative team to determine whether work requires further refinement or internal revisions before client review. - Sell not just the final creative product but the **process and value** behind it, helping clients see the expertise and thought that goes into every solution. - Be open to mentorship and guidance from the manager to refine your ability to assess and sell creative solutions effectively.
