Site Admin

  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, attendance, leaves, etc.).
  • Assist in onboarding new hires (documentation, site inductions, safety briefings).
  • Track daily attendance, overtime, and site workforce movements.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and leave records.
  • Ensure all site personnel have valid documents (IDs, permits, medical checks).
  • File and organize HR documents (contracts, disciplinary records, training logs).
  • Assist in implementing labor laws and company policies on-site.
  • Liaise between site teams, HR head office, and subcontractors.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, or grievances.
  • Report HR issues (absenteeism, disputes) to project and HR managers.

1–3 years in HR/personnel administration, preferably in construction or related industries.Familiarity with labor laws, payroll processes, and site workforce management.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR software.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work in remote project sites (travel as needed).
