We are seeking a proactive Senior Trade Marketing Executive to help establish our trade marketing initiatives and drive sales growth across local and international markets.

Job Responsibilities

Trade Marketing Execution:

Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across all trade channels (modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce).

Plan and implement in-store promotions, merchandising activities, and POS material deployment to ensure effective brand representation.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for trade activations that align with business objectives.

Retail & Distributor Engagement:

Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.

Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability during key promotional periods.

Monitor retail execution to ensure compliance with agreed merchandising standards.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement in trade marketing efforts.

Track the performance of trade marketing campaigns using KPIs such as sales uplift, ROI, and market share growth.

Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest actionable improvements.

POS Materials & Merchandising:

Design and oversee the production of point-of-sale (POS) materials such as displays, banners, shelf talkers, etc.

Ensure proper placement of POS materials in stores to maximize visibility and engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Marketing Director to align trade marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback from distributors and retailers for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products for promotions.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

4- 6 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles within FMCG or consumer goods industries (experience in food commodities is a plus).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of retail operations and distributor networks.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with trade marketing tools or CRM systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the agriculture, food, or FMCG industry.Skills:Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies.Expertise in branding, packaging, and product marketing.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
