Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject 5+ years of experience working in the Business Intelligence field Drives improvements and process innovation Ability to work directly with business analysts and subject matter experts to map requirements, develop, and deploy solutions Solid understanding of Data Warehouse & BI concepts Understands the concepts and principles of data modelling and is able to produce, maintain and update relevant data models for specific business needs. Uses the most appropriate medium to visualise/present data to tell compelling and actionable stories relevant for business goals Good knowledge in Big Data and Data Science technologies Very good knowledge in BI solutions and designing dashboards, cubes, and KPIs Hands on experience with all aspects of software development including gathering requirements, analysis, design, dimension building, data loading, optimization and front end development Solid understanding of Management reporting requirements, cross functional KPIs and regulatory reports Expert proficiency in transformation and mapping using different BI tools Hands on experience in different Visualization/Analytical tools (Tableau, Google Looker, Qlik Sense is a plus).
