1. Job Purpose:

Greeting all guests and coordinating the seating of the guests.

2. Job Duties:

Warmly greet all guests as they enter the restaurant.

Coordinate table seating.

Handle guest waiting list at rush time.

Follow opening and closing procedures according to checklists.

Communicate with guests to ensure service satisfaction and get their feedback.

Job Requirements

Fluent English is a must.

Experience in casual or fine dining restaurants.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Able to follow written and verbal instructions

2-3 years of experience in same field.
