Job Purpose:
The main objectives of public relations department based on establishing and implementing a strategy to serve the employees of the Authority. The role of the department does not stop when communicating with other entities (governmental and non-governmental and industry representatives only), but the department represent the Authority in the front of those entities.
Job Accountabilities:
- Facilitate reservation and issuing of domestic and international air flight Tickets.
- Facilitate reservation and confirmation transportations during internationals and internal missions.
- Facilitate the logistics for all Authority’s missions. (Tickets reservation, visas issuance, accommodations, and transportations.
- Following up The provision of appropriate quotations technically and financially for the services requested from the department.
- Facilitate the procedures of issuing visas
- Receiving of invoices from suppliers and reviewed and necessary action to end the procedures.
- Providing special offers for domestic and international vacations for ITIDA staff
Education:Bachelor degree business administration or in related field.
