Role Description
- Manage the executive office & ensure that all operations are efficient and effective.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all executive office matters.
- Manage executive office daily calendar and coordinate meetings, events, etc.
- Attending meetings on behalf of the executive office as needed.
- Writing and distributing professional comprehensive meeting minutes and action plans to all members post-meeting and follow-up.
- Manage and ensure that all spending is within budget.
- Manage & coordinate travel arrangements for the executive office members.
- Ensure that all executive office documents and records are properly maintained and kept secure and confidential.
- Act as a liaison between the executive office and other departments.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of executive office strategies and policies.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences (email, letters, packages).
- Handle event arrangements and preparations as necessary.
- Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Handle petty cash for required office errands, bills payment, rent payment, etc.
Handle list arrangement & distribution of seasonal gifts of Board Member
Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.. Female preferred · 5+ years of experience in executive office management.· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.· Excellent communication and customer service skills.. English: Excellent· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.· Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.. Job Location: HQ Abu Rawash-GIZA
