  • contribute with Textile Sales team and work towards increasing market share by exploiting new opportunities to maximize profitability, increase customer satisfaction and ensure continued business growth.
  • Share that his section is a key player in setting up the annual financial plan (Sales Budget – Textile section).
  • Cooperate with his direct manager in setting the marketing plan to acquire new markets and new clients.
  • Work closely with CS and R&D Departments through his direct manager to find solutions for customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
  • Contribute to the Operation Process that all Textile sales Activities and work on improve the process.
  • Ensure that his performance and productivity compile with the company’s legislation, process and procedures.
  • Contribute to Develop, Drive & Cultivate leads by assessing the unique opportunities and laying out the value proposition for customers in coordination with the department head.
  • Responsible & contribute for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing new business opportunities related to all company services.
  • Join negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals according to Commercial sector business plan
  • Raise the required reports upon his sales achievement, in order to receive approval or having any suggest changes
  • Attend continuously meetings with department head and Commercial Director and deliver monthly report about his sales achievement against the monthly target and clarify the variances.

Excellent communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the textile industry and fabric typesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationshipsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in chemical sales.Proficiency in relevant sales software and CRM systemsFluency in English and ArabicBachelor's degree in science / chemicals or a related field Experience in same position not less than 2 years
