Supervise, Plan the assigned daily work in the unit and direct the chemists to achieve the planned tasks
• Establish schedules and methods for providing laboratory analysis and quality assurance program
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures, monitor work activities to ensure
• compliance with established policies and procedures
• Make recommendations for changes and Improvements to existing standards and procedures
• Perform the more technical and complex tasks of the work unit including ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and maintaining laboratory practices with accreditations’ standards
• Provide lab training to the new staff and orient the colleagues with the proper lab methods, procedures, and techniques
• Prepare analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities
• Audit on Operating Lab. Machines with professional operating practices and ensure daily maintenance of machines and equipment
• Ensure good archiving and documentation of the daily QC results and maintenance files
• Review writing and recording the results of manually performed tests
Education: bachelor’s degree, science, Agriculture “Food science department”Background : FMCG (Beverage & Bottled Water) is a must and with excellent microbiology analysis background.
