We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Sales Executive to expand our cereal brand’s market presence and drive sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key retail and distribution partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. You will play a crucial role in increasing our brand’s visibility and securing new business opportunities in the Egyptian and Middle Eastern markets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts with key accounts.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop trade marketing strategies.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns promptly.

Skills

• Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate deals, and close contracts.

• Account Management: Strong experience in managing key accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.

• FMCG Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the food and beverage sector, especially cereals.

• Market Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data, track trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate, persuade, and build rapport.

• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and ability to handle client concerns effectively.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in sales or key account management within the FMCG industry.

• Experience in working with retail chains, supermarkets, or distributors.

• Knowledge of the Middle Eastern & African markets is a plus.
