Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute purchasing operations according to approved plans and any emergent requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
  • Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
  • Maintain and update the supplier database, managing relationships with existing vendors.
  • Ensure full documentation compliance for all procurement processes (POs, invoices, delivery notes).
  • Coordinate with warehouse management to ensure smooth supply and inventory operations.
  • Monitor supplier accounts, reconciling records with the finance department.

Work ExperienceProven experience in procurement/purchasing operations.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Attention to detail in documentation and compliance.Ability to coordinate with warehouse, finance, and suppliersFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Educational: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Agricultural, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience:  3-5 Years Must in Agricultural Products
