Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management.
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in training and development
programs.
Monitor budgets by department
Support payroll and benefits administration.
